Il y a tellement de turnover des employés ou de départ en congé maladie qu'aucune indemnisation est prévue. Le PAE est inexistant et les RH vous pousse vers la sortie lorsque vous êtes malade. Dommage car le problème vient de la culture d'entreprise et non des employés.

After over a year and a half of working for the company full time I only get 60 hours of vacation for the year and only 24 sick hours and you don't get your full wage for payout it's something like 80-85%. They have decent benefits when you pay for the gold package which costs roughly $40 per paycheck. I put over $1k into my benefits package per year. Basically no where does direct deposit with Desjardins insurance and you have to send in all of your claims yourself. I've had some issues with Desjardins paying me back the amount I am eligible to be compensated for based on the benefits package details I printed from work, but after a month and a half of emails back and forth with Desjardins I dropped it as they weren't going to do anything for me. Eye care is only $350 every two years which is pretty crappy because that's the most expensive expense I have.
