They company is with Desjardins, the benefits for dental are next to nothing, as well as paying for prescriptions.
Each store gets bonuses if the targets are made. Benefit packages are good. 50% employee discount.
Health insurance package is amazing, better than the other company I previously worked for.
Overall, the benefits package is alright. There isn't anything "extra" - just the basics. You have a choice between 3 plans and you have to share the cost of premiums with the employer. Bonus is paid if budget is met at end of cycle. Company has some perks like summer picnic, Christmas party... etc. It's all fun! Also the environment at HO is very niceeeee.
