Decent benefits, but not full coverage
good benefits, easy to submit and get re-paid.
Mental health coverage is usually poor in an average year- we just got access to a more fulsome amount per session.
Green Shield, ok benefits, most places direct bill with this company. We were with Manulife before which seemed to be a lot better, not sure why they changed.
Good health plan. Decent amount of sick days. Strong union representation
