I can get 20 to 40 study leave each year from what I have heard. However, it seems like I have to work extra hours for this in the future.
Your overtime is capped at 80hours a year. I worked that amount of overtime hours by working 3 weeks during busy season. The rest of the time you work overtime, you are working for free.
