I like that the Benefits package is on top of your salary and that we do not have to pay for it with each pay. I also just returned from maternity leave and the process to leave and come back was very efficient and made my life much easier. There was a top up, I was given vacation for the months I had taken off and I had a great experience dealing with the HR department.
Pretty decent comprehensive benefits. They have a good pension program
The benefit plan is comprehensive and comparable to others in the industry. Benefits are fully employer paid for the employee and their dependents (which is a nice perk)!
Benefits are average for the real estate industry, medical, dental (80% / 50% on major work like crowns). Pension plan after 1 year of service, its a typical canned plan you are better off to invest in your own GIC it will have a better yield.
The company is very focused on people and culture and really creates a supportive environment for employees. They are generous with vacation and do half days on long weekends in the summer. However, I believe health benefits and maternity leave packages are below average when compared to companies of similar size and stature.
The benefits are fairly standard. Nothing really stand out. Medical, drugs, vision, pension plan etc. They do have fruit and drinks available to employees for free in the kitchen.
