Résumé de l'employeur
Dream is pleased to provide its employees with an extensive group health benefit program. The program is effective on day one for the employee and their eligible dependents. The best part is the benefits are employer paid so there is no cost to the employee. Other perks include a continuing education program, annual bonus eligibility and Friday afternoons off before summer long weekends, just to name a few.

Employer pays for everything. Amazing benefit package, and you don't have to pay anything for yourself or your family!
Extensive, generous, kicks in early & very easy-to-access
Comprehensive overall benefit package for each family member. Larger dental, vision and extended healthcare allowances would be ideal. Generous sick leave and vacation time. Offering allowances for childcare or childcare assistance would help families better manage work/family demands.
The vacation time/time off are pretty industry standard. The health benefits are great, although I think they can do better with vision and dental care.
I like that the Benefits package is on top of your salary and that we do not have to pay for it with each pay. I also just returned from maternity leave and the process to leave and come back was very efficient and made my life much easier. There was a top up, I was given vacation for the months I had taken off and I had a great experience dealing with the HR department.
That you have to wait a year before you can enroll for the pension
Great benefits package, covered for almost everything you can think of, they have an employee assistance program, out of town medical benefits as well (for travelers), rrsp and pension plan program, educational assistance programs, bonuses etc.
The benefits are pretty good and kick in the day you start, so there is no waiting period. But the claim amounts for things like glasses are ridiculously low ($200). The amounts that can be claimed for things like massage therapy are fine, but not amazing. They do have a pension and group RRSP program, as well as an annual performance bonus that you can put into your RRSP if you want to. The ½ days on Fridays before summer long weekends are definitely one of the best benefits.
Pretty decent comprehensive benefits. They have a good pension program
The benefit plan is comprehensive and comparable to others in the industry. Benefits are fully employer paid for the employee and their dependents (which is a nice perk)!
