Unlimited vacation is now the new norm
Vacation offering is decent, comparable to other companies. The company has recently moved to a "take time off as you need it" offering, but that will only benefit a small number of employees in the company. There is so much work and such a busy atmosphere, you can't reasonably take time off and also get your work done/tasks completed. When you do request time off, expect to have your request declined by one of your project sponsors or PMs. I'd rate the policy as good, but overall neutral in reality as very few if anybody can reasonably take advantage of it.
You start with 3 weeks of vacation pay and need to wait for 8 years for 4 weeks of vacation which is not very great. 2 personal days off and 6 sick days off (Personal or Family Sick Leaves)
