Have courses available but lack telling people what is available unless you are already in a management position. Have asked but it seems I am talking to a wall. Training is usually pushed/provided when it directly benefits a company initiative, such as ISO certification (read as bragging rights)... That said company will repay after successful completion of "Approved" course(s) (read as pre-approved otherwise no compensation)
As usual in the industry. They DO NOT encourage staff to take courses out side which will cost company.

Free training via skillport portal and certificates are paid for after proof of passing.
They have project management training for their full-time employees.
An online training system is available for all employees and is very complete with a lot of courses. However you have to train yourself on top of your week day hours.
