Work from home. benefits first day on the job. comprehensive with rrsp matching program.
Senior management, security guards in-house / contracted, maintenance personnel, are a tight-knit group. Visible minorities & staff 40+ will have a hard time assimilating unless your willing to wag your tail like a dog. Stay away, for the low wage, and privileged staff that lack diversity training, it's not worth the stress. They'll lure you in with talk of company outings to the Rec Room, but what they won't tell you is the high turn over rate and discrimination/scrutiny you'll be subjected to. Don't be fooled by the fancy office building and well-dressed people, this company has a toxic work environment. Supervisors/managers are intrusive and will ask personal questions that they're mother's should have taught them better not to ask.
Good benefits including health spending/wellness account. Good STD and RRSP matching. Minimum 3 weeks vacation plus personal days, paid sick leave and floater days. Tuition assistance.
salary package is very competitive
No Vision benefits. Low amounts for claiming.
Fantastic benefits: Jean Fridays, Summer hours, health and dental plans, Health care spending account, employee discounts, 4 week vacation time, tenure program, education assitance, RRSP matching, life insurance, etc.
Decent health insurance with about 80% coverage on most things. $500 yearly spend account (to top off health expenses) or to be put toward physical activities.
