“3w and 2 days when you start. You can purchase an additional 5 days. Then for another week paid it's 6 years on the job if I'm right.”
Good coverage for many areas (dental, optometrist, physiotherapy)
$500 flex dollars if you choose option2
Good overall benefit package. Flexible coverage for health and life insurance also including siblings. Employer pension match. Employee shares program and employer participation. 3w paid vacation as a start
Best thing is that you get $500 extra bonus per year to top up for any benefit that you do not get 100% covered.
Best: Great DCP and Share plan Options to choose between 80-90% coverage for dental and medical Worst: No RRSP match
Company RRSP matching, 50% off Bell plans, 30% off TheSource.
Good amount of benefits with an additional account to cover other types of expense
the best thing is they provide dental and health plans. The worst thing is that hours are not always consistent
They tell you when your first hired that their are benefits how to really achieve this you have to hit a certain quota to get your full benefits which is only 60%
Mid range: dental and medical exist but are industry minimum. Vision care is laughable. They all disappear upon retirement
