Very good benefit you get to pick the package you would like
They did not inform us when first hired about the plan where if you pay a certain amount each month they would also contribute.
It depends on the status in the company. As long as you have 15 hours per week, you are entitled to have a benefit
For a healthcare company Bayshore has a poor and expensive health plan. There is a ridiculously low annual maximum for drugs and no short term disability.
only 500$ towards physio, chiropractor, massage therapy etc.
Good benefits with several options to choose from. Limits on benefits should be higher but overall they are very good and there are not many restrictions on medications or paramedical claims. Flexible options for reimbursement, direct bill, online claim, mail in claim. Able to contribute to RRSP, company also contributes.
Casual full time or part time workers must maintain a certain number of hours in order to keep the benefits For permanent emplyyees, you have an option to enroll in company's RRSP after completing 3 years. The amount is co-shared.
Honestly, the employees do not receive any benefits, only the senior most ones do such as The Directors.
Good benefits, decent vacation package
