Good group insurance, great on-site cafeteria which service breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks at a very reasonable price, but the RRSP matching % is not on par with other multi-national companies

Great standard benefits - health, drug and dental, plus fair offer of extended benefits like physiotherapy and massage therapy that round out the package well.

Given the salary is in the bottom bracket compared to similar roles elsewhere, you’d expect a nice benefits package. Well, don’t expect much as you’ll have the bare minimum there too. They do have a nice gym, cafeteria & garage services, all of them which got to be paid for a regular amount. Pension plan terms are horrible.

The discounts on shoes and accessories were good. However most of the products didn’t change much, so we were left with the same choices.
