You get 3 Weeks a year in your offer but have to accumulate the hours before you can take them. If you want time off and you don't have enough accumulated you have to take it as leave without pay which is outrageous. Essentially, they lie about the vacation.

Everyone starts with 3 weeks off as a base, and when you get to Manager and above, the time off increases. At Manager you get 4 weeks and I believe it goes up to 5 weeks or maybe more when you move higher.
Offered a vacation package lower than previous company. However the rules and policies were very clear from the beginning.
Manager and above start at 4 weeks annual vacation right away, can accrue up to 240 hours. Worst thing-managers and above forfeit any vacation over 240 hours if not used by fiscal year end.
