The only way a Maternity leave is worth taking at AECOM is if you have 10+ years of Service. Otherwise you get your year off with no additional top up. One Senior Director was paid her Full Salary for the entire year off, just so that she would return after her Mat Leave. There is no Paternity Leave or upside to taking it.
